Counselling & psychotherapy

Welcome

Therapy can be a place to make sense of what feels difficult.

Sometimes there is a clear reason for seeking support; at other times, things simply do not feel right. Wherever you are starting from, you will be met with warmth, care and curiosity.

I offer a calm, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can reflect on the patterns in your life and find a way forward that feels more connected and manageable.

01

Confidential

A private, non-judgemental space for what matters to you.

02

Collaborative

We work together, with your needs and goals at the centre.

03

Compassionate

Thoughtful support for all parts of your experience.

How I can help

You do not need to have all the answers before we begin.

People come to counselling for many different reasons. These are some of the areas we may explore together.

01Anxiety, stress & low mood
02Relationships & intimacy
03Loss, change & bereavement
04Identity, culture & belonging
05Trauma & difficult experiences
06Self-esteem & personal growth

My approach

Making space for your past, present and possibilities.

I work psychodynamically, which means we may gently explore how past experiences and relationships can shape the way you feel and relate today. This can bring greater self-awareness and create room for change.

Therapy is not about being told what to do. It is a shared process of listening, reflecting and understanding—one that respects your individuality and your pace.
